All orders require a quote request specifying the event, its date, its location, the number of portions, the toppings (2 possible), the theme (if you have it in mind), and the extras (crunchies, decorations in sugar paste, other decorations such as initials, ribbons, and specific requests).

Quality chocolates

For my cakes and all chocolate-based preparations, I like to work with Barry chocolates - Callebaut, world leader in the chocolate and cocoa industry. Their products are recognized and appreciated by chocolate and pastry professionals. Valrhona brand chocolates are also of very good quality and are perfect for preparing ganaches and macaron inserts.
